Use and or stats
I think (if this is ever added lol) that it replaces the secoundary slot on every class and give +100% or +50% primary ammo on wearer and if on engie +50% or +25% primary and +100 or 50 metal on wearer. I know the creator has labled this as a weapon and with thses stats it would make this the first all class weapon that isnt a reskin of stock melee.

So this weapon is mostly for Soldier/Heavy/Engi and meaby Pyro so it culd be just regenerate ammo (like the Cozy camper) or it can duble your ammo suplise like the minigun have 400 ammo instead of 200 the soldier have 40 rocket and ecc.
Also i kinda like your idea is seem quite right for me.
