May 30 Release Bugged for Me
So the second newest update was working fine for me for around 30 years, but then stopped working with an error, so I downloaded the newest update. However, fails at parsing almost instantly and I also get an error for the dashboard.exe almost instantly upon saving as well:

Hello, that's interesting. Could you share that save file where you are having the problem? You can either post it here or send it to my steam user name @gmail.com and I will take a look

Unfortunately, it's a heavily modded save so no can do. I just tried with a vanilla save and it worked, so it seems to be a conflict. I don't even use the mod of this (I use an external browser) so I didn't realize it could even conflict with certain mods. That's a bummer, but not your fault.

Great, yes the file is enough to see where the program breaks. In this case it seems related to some species name list from a mod that uses a special character which does not seem to match the default encoding. (It was something like "Águar" that was causing the crash)

I will fix it so it runs with your save file. It might be that such names will show up incorrectly in the end, but still maybe that's better than nothing...
