So, I like the mod, it's nice but the problem is, it can be used as a gamey tactic. When you demand a state from someone, they decline usually and then you declare war. The thing is with that, there is no moment or period for preparation.

are you using any mods other then demand it! cause that seems very odd

@lukaszppoczta because vassalisation makes a country your puppet.

I had someone offer to make a millenium dawn vesrion of the mod that was compatable but they never got back to me so we will just have to wait to see what he does.

Playing Austria Hungary, Germany seems to be completely willing to give me any state that I want. They literally gave me their capital, and there's absolutely no way I should be threatening to them at all. Italy also has no problem giving me ROME, but despite this they laughably won't give me south tyrol. There are just major balance issues maybe, or calculation problems.

@lazy i was in a bit of a hurry to finish the update and i put the create_wargoal under the wrong scope
