So, I like the mod, it's nice but the problem is, it can be used as a gamey tactic. When you demand a state from someone, they decline usually and then you declare war. The thing is with that, there is no moment or period for preparation.

I had someone offer to make a millenium dawn vesrion of the mod that was compatable but they never got back to me so we will just have to wait to see what he does.

Playing Austria Hungary, Germany seems to be completely willing to give me any state that I want. They literally gave me their capital, and there's absolutely no way I should be threatening to them at all. Italy also has no problem giving me ROME, but despite this they laughably won't give me south tyrol. There are just major balance issues maybe, or calculation problems.

hmmm, when you choose go to war it doesn't go to war, and it gives the CB on the wrong country, ourselves instead of the person we are demanding stuff from
