Having the same issue. I was able to trade live Dinos for a while, now when a trade ship comes into orbit i am unable to sell my Dinos anymore.

Good to know its not just me.

I do have xml files for both caravan traders and orbital traders for dinosaurs, though I don't think I changed much between updates? Although my next update in the pipeline does have the ability now to summon carnivore and herbivore traders from nearby outposts from the comms console thingy, so hopefully that will help and maybe fix some of your issues. I'll double check and make sure that dinosaurs are able to be sold, too.
