Phanon corps not spawing
Can somebody help me with the phanon corps issue? As the title said phanon corps does not spawn in the begining of the game.

YES. This is happening to me as well. I'm not using any mods from Steam as I don't have the game on steam but am instead using the Paradox Mods thingy madooder. I am using the ACoT by MrFrost450, GE by Jianxiogn, and Gorgeous Universe by Therionus. I am playing with no Fallen Empires if that matters but I cannot find the Phanon Corps whatsoever. I havent tried troubleshooting yet but I would love some help with this issue.

Had this once, but it only happended in one save
