i cant bulid phanonship after defeat the phanonbase but i cant never design one!!

Might be a bit late, but Phanon ship designs aren't something you can change as they are
pre designed
There may be a sub-mod somewhere on the workshop but I wouldn't count on it

There is a patch for designing the Phanon ships. "AOT Designable Phanon Ships" I don't know if it works with the current update, but the ACOT devs didn't add it as a feature as they had TOO MANY slots to count even with UI Overhaul Dynamic. I recommend scaling Down the UI manually.

The conversation option with Sophia for 'about stellarite power' directs to the precursor re-imagination project. If you don't research stellarite power on the first way through there does not appear to be a way to access it later.

Does someone have the bug were the phanon base always resets and the armies on the vault are just signifficantly becoming stronger instead of getting destroyed?
