Hello, i took over many fallen empires systems and got a big stellarite supply. But i have not the tech yet, so i can't do anything with it. I read that if i stockpile too much of it, there is a risk of bad event. How can i flush the excess of it? And how can i speed up the unlocking of stellarite techs?
