Stellerite and bombarding
In my game SHOPHIA offered me the chance to spend 100,000 dark matter and energy to start researching stellerite, I didn't have it at the time and so I said no. Now I have the resources I can't find the option to try again.

Secondly, in my game no empire seems to be able to bombard a planet. Fleets just sit there.

This, the required UI mod, and the two basic submods, are the only mods I have active.
Is there any solution? Thanks.

I can also report bombardments are not working, fleets hover over planets and do nothing.

As an update to this issue, the bombardment seems to have been fixed. I don't know about the stellarite issue still though, as I typically have dark matter in spades by the time I reach stellarite tier.
