So the stellarborne arrived and were beating me pretty handily so I asked for more time and they vassalized me, all well and good. Then the destroyed the two fallen empires and then later the phanon corps. What I'm not sure is a bug or not is that I'm able to claim the systems of the fallen empires and the phanon corps. Including their mega structures and the production and bonuses on the Phanon star traveler are insanely high. Am I supposed to be able to get them? If so makes worry what I'd need that much power for. Side note about what total fleet strength should I tap back in with the Stellarborne? I'm at about 70m right now. (I also have gigastructures so 38m of that is a stellar systemcraft with stellarite components and 3 more of them under construction using the repaired attack moons/behemoth planet crafts of the fallen empires)
