The event for the databank is not triggering, any commands/fixes?
Basically what the title says. I've discovered the Dark matter tech, I've read that an event is supposed to happen now that allows me to buy or reconstruct a databank? But no such event has popped up and it's been years.
Any fixes to this? perhaps a console command to kick-start this event?

If you haven't already found your answer, I believe surveying/colonizing a fractured world triggers the quest chain. I didn't get it for well over a hundred years into my game, then used the own command to take over a system with a fractured world, colonized it, and had the quest pop with a fallen empire giving me the databank within a year.

MTTH is 2 years.
Owning a FE building (or FE ship/planet)
Own a Fractured world. (Colonized)
or Bordering a FE
1 of those.
(Reminder. acot's Precursor ships are Not FE ships)

These are the sole requirements.
