Researching Modular Battlecruisers doesn't give Sections
Hello, after researching the Module Battlecruiser technology (https://prnt.sc/D5bemurT_dI1), I have been unable to select it in the Ship Designer interface (https://prnt.sc/ZEETddSn2TtW) only the original sections are shown, and not the new ones given by Modular Battlecruisers.

The new sections are shown though? The base one is the only one given by the base tech, the missile and carrier ones are added by the modular tech.
