Can't talk to curator order
Started a new game as an AI empire using the frame world origin from gigastructural engineering and it's not letting me speak to the curator order even though I completed the first contact sequence. Can talk with everyone else just fine.

Related to it, everything regarding aquiring the Precursor Databank doesn't work either (read: win from FE with the wargoal). AI empires can somehow still discover Stellarite somehow.
As I fixed conflict issues with Irony bar localization, this mod seems the likely culprit.

Not everything is broken. You can still acquire the Precurser Databank by stealing it via combat (Just did it on friday) but one of the other event chains for a higher level of tech caused the AI to be unavailable to me.
