i know the nano-revitalization center does stuff because i have used it in a previous run to cure my leaders of their negative traits, yet i have been unable to trigger the menu pop up in later runs (including the current one) despite looking through the edict and planetary decision menu (of the planets that have it built)

simply: i do not find the button (if there is one) to trigger the revitalization menu

Said button is Removed last i remember, (the 1 to remove negative traits, and give EXP) could be wrong, have you checked the alpha version of the building?

yes hello, i found and fixed the problem myself: turns out you don't use the nano-revitalization building at all, instead you use the alpha clone vats if i remember correctly
