So, there seems to be a problem with the Stellarite Palace and buildings that require a lower level of government building. For instance, the Stellarite Generator says it requires a Planetary Capital building, even though I've upgraded to the Stellarite Palace. Also, many buildings in AVB require Planetary Capital buildings, which the Stellarite Palace is not. I don't know if this is a problem with this mod, or with AVB which hasn't been updated in quite a while (in over a year). I downloaded another mod named AVB兼容ACOT that patches many problems between the two mods. This has also not been updated in a year as well. I don't know if this is fixable without a patch file or not.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
