Can't sell Dark Energy
After founding the Galactic Market i can't sell my dark energy nor can i make monthly trades with it, i can still give it to others via trade offer tho

I have the same problem. It's either a bug or a missing feature, since I've been having similar issues in vanilla Stellaris sometimes letting me buy/sell Nanites and sometimes not. Depending on how deep the problem goes, the fix can come either from the mod author or from Paradox themselves.

If I am not mistaken, I think the AI has to be buying them? Local markets allow you to sell them

Well, that would be the cause. Once you get GE&M strategics, the ACOT ones are hidden.
