Phanon vault infilitration missing?
The planetary decision for the phanon vault isn't in the menu which is probably due to some mod conflict which is weird b/c i got it on a another playthrough with the same mod list but it could be something else. Is there anyway to force the infiltration to start without the planetary decision?

- Temporarily disable Phanon Corp's Vault Raid Mechanics until further adjustments can be made.

- Fixes contact bugs.

- ACOT jobs revert back to using vanilla job modifiers.

- Final Word should be fixed now. (I mean it should already be fixed since last patch but one can never be so sure)

You can do that, but they don't do anything. Those techs have been completely removed from the mod, as not even "research_all_technologies" gives you the techs.

research_all_technologies doesn't give you all technologies. It doesn't give alpha tech or flowing light either. Also, the techs are most certainly still there. Run "event acot_test_event.3".

Yes the technologies are definitely still there, unfortunately they definitely do nothing.

Doing cheats like

effect add_research_option = tech_disruptor_pe
effect add_research_option = tech_energy_core_pe
effect add_research_option = tech_energy_lance_pe
or
effect add_research_option = tech_phanon_fighter
effect add_research_option = tech_phanon_cruiser
effect add_research_option = tech_phanon_bb

or any of the other 25 or so phanon techs ddo not give you the option of research options and even trying

research_technology tech_energy_core_pe
research_technology tech_energy_lance_pe

gives you nothing. I have tried for every phanon tech there is. ( of the 25 ir son in the mod )

This is after defeating the phanon of course ( not sure if I have to defeat them but they also do not work before I defeat them )

I ONLY say this because I really really like the phanon techs, gives me a chance against the light bast"rds

Stellarborne is balanced for sigma and beatable if you start with alpha. If you need phi to get omega, you're doing something very wrong.

Well my 4 x 5 Million HP fleet plus 2 x 11 million fleet HP plus a 8miilion hp precusor starbase which just had their backsides handed to them by 1 helios and 3 solarian light ships would like to disagree with you. Thats a bunch of gatekeepers, precusor assalt carrirs abd hyperions. Didn't even dent them

HOLY F&^K I never stood a chance. I just started another game with extended starbases thinking I would add a couple more guns. I AM DELUSIONAL!!!

Even the Phanon star dominator only has 6Million hp, I think I may have set the difficulty a little too high Even if i built the entire 100,000 ship limit I am not sure I can defeat the light with precusor ships. My current fleet was 20,000 out of the 100,000 but 5 times my current fleet will not cut the mustard.

There's your problem, you're picking all the worst ships to fight with. The Stellarborne one-shot practically everything, so you need a far larger number of ships. Escorts and battlecruisers, to be exact. Alternatively, you can use several sigma, phi or omega Herculeans.

unfortunately I do not have the dlc for titans or juggernauts, never seen anything called a herculean but sounds awesome. So Hyperion is the largest ship I can build at my starbase ( except the 100 gatekeepers, but they now seem pretty weak ). But I think this time through I should focus on getting the aeternite planetcraft. I can beat them with 30,000 fleet. Or perhaps 100 stellarite Kaiser moons. They are the toughest unit I can built outside a starbase.

Simply put, without the library of wisdom ( spelt wisedom in the game) giving me random fantastic techs I would not stand a chance against anyone.

ps, maybe I can edit the mod to allow 1000 gatekeepers. I will keep that in the back of my mind for later

You don't need a DLC. What you need is to read. Planetcraft are useless against the Stellarborne. Same with Gatekeepers, same with Hyperions, same with attack moons. You either need a dozen or so Systemcraft or several fleets of escorts and battlecruisers.

I know I'm probably late but:

You have to do "Event acot_test_event.3" and then "effect add_research_option = tech_reactor_pe". If it doesn't show up in the research options just do "research_all_technologies 1 1" and you will get it, it worked for me.

testin the research all com quick. it takes a while to load.
yeah the research all one works. since i play with other mods too, some weird stuff happened, but yeah, you want the phanon stuff, do the last command, "research_all_technologies 1 1". if you want to unlock other stuff first legitimately, wait and unlock it, then use it.
if you have gigastructures, the command will also get all blokkat stuff, any katzen stuff, etc.
