Thanks for the mod! I was wondering if this is a problem on my side, but the new Phanon faction seems to imply that I can get their tech by defeating them, the Docs also state something similar. Which doesn't seem to work. I defeated their fleets but the only planet I can land on has no defense armies and nothing more happens. How exactly does one "raid their vaults"? Also fractured worlds don't seem to to anything. The docs are pretty vague in general.
