Can't elect an ancient palace from the planetary decision
I need help.
I researched some dark matter buildings and in order to build them, it says that I need to erect and enigmatic capital complex, and to do so i need to elect an ancient palace from the planetary decision. The issue is that the ¨elect ancient palace¨ is not present in the planetary decision list. I also downloaded the Acquisition of Technology mod and put it at the bottom of both ACOT and ZOFE like some recomended but it still happens.

I have the same problem, there is no decision in the planetary decisions tab that is called "superior constructs"

Same issue for me, no decision that I can see.

Per side: 1530 50
