ACOT and Habitats
Not sure if this is documented anywhere, but found a bug/compability issue of sorts.

Playing through as Void Dwellers/Voidborne play through, I upgraded several of my Habitats with the Superior Constructs ability, and now I can't upgrade any buildings on the planet because the Ancient Palace doesn't seem to count as Habitat Control or Administration. This prevents me from building some mod added buildings as well as upgrading any existing ones I may have.

Planets are completely unaffected by this as they respect the Ancient Palace as being equal or higher tier to capitol complexes, allowing the full build list and upgrading of all existing structures.

Is there a possible fix for this or work around to this? I know it has something to do with how goofy Habitats are in the code, but I'm unsure where to even starting looking to try and force the habitats into recognizing the Palace as a higher tier Capitol.

In my testing I wasn't able to reproduce this. I gave myself all the techs, used instant_build and upgraded all my buildings just fine after building the enigmatic palace (I assume that's what you're referring to?) and void palace (I tested upgrading with both active).

I'm also using the following mods which may be relevant: ACoT Extra Defines and Overrides, ACoT Override, ACoT Worker Buildings, Habitat AI Colonisation Fix, Void Dwellers Expanded (great mod, highly recommended for Voidborne playthroughs).
