Who does the AI bonus apply to?
Yeah, kinda in the title. Maybe I've missed it in the documentation (I've read the google docs), but I don't understand the wording of the in-game message. Does the AI bonus you select in the menus (by activating the ACOT menu edict) only apply to fallen/ascended/super-mad-you-got-dark-matter-too-bro empires, or does it apply to all AI empires?
