Though it is not powerful to match ACOT heroic unit, it surpass most of stellarite tier armies, especially it's tough health with immune to moral damage.
The best advantage of titan army is that Titan is only expensive in term of training time and mineral cost, nothing to vast, powerful empire to spam hundreds of titans.
In addition, I also used Denser Repeatables x5 which allows to research repeatable techs very easily, once can afford increased tech cost.
