Why not? Hardcore game where your advisor is grunting at you the whole time.
It might be a great idea for someone else, just not for me. I prefer more serious gameplay.

Some extra voiceclips is all I really need out of the mod. I like it.

The ideas are great, but sadly the programs I use wouldn't be able to recreates voices like that.

Ok, perhaps since AI voices seem to be your specialty, how about a sarcastic, xenophobic Brit? Like uh Wheatley, that traitor from Portal 2. "Those bloody w*nker xenos have declared war on us" or "Oh bloody hell, A Bismark sized fleet has opened their gunports." Then again, you may not have to, depending on how the WoTW Brittania mod turns out.

Well, as I said before, the program I use is pretty limited and it, sadly, isn't able to convey much emotion. The ideas you're suggesting would require a voice actor and that's not my specialty. Great ideas nontheless, I will definitely keep them in mind.
