After a considerable amount of time, I am glad to finally release a new advisor mod...

I present to you: ARAS - an Automated Report and Announcement System! It was created for a Byzantine Bureaucracy empire in mind but has been noted by users to be "surprisingly flexible".

This mod was created in a period of ≈3 days, so most of the lines don't have a lot of variation. User feedback will be greatly appreciated, as well as suggestions and bug reports.

Software used: Ivona Reader (Russell Voice) and MorphVOX Pro.
