Alright then! Not everything I wanted, but almost everything. And it sets the base for a lot of new stuff - New Toxic Spill, Varksquad, two new Annihilation abilities - which is some of what will be in v2.5.

ADDED/REMOVED
- Varksquad level 1, for Biohazard. Summon five different Varkolyn minions!

CHANGED
- Toxic Spill now pretty much does what it should, and looks appropriate.
- Cold Snap deals damage equal to a percentage of your Armour.
- Iceshards deal Weapon DPS damage.
