ADDED/REMOVED

CHANGED
- Toxic Spill now buffs you and damages the enemy! But it only has one actual level that only kind of does what it's supposed to. But PROGRESS!
- Power Draw now deals damage equal to a percentage of your Armour value, making it a really good choice for tanks.
- Gas Grenade icon has changed.
- The two 'weapon proc' skills (Incendiary Buckshot and Corrosive Alloy Coating) now deal Weapon DPS damage.
- Disintegrate now wrecks shields again.
- Embermage/Tenebris Charge Bars and the Techmage Charge Bar should no longer have any conflicts.
