CLASH OF KINGS 7.1 QUICK MONEY, EASY GAME GUIDE
Start new game.
Make character: Male, knight, urchin, squire, personal revenge.
STR = 10
AG = 6
INT = 9
CHA = 4.
Gather all companions in tavern.
Take: Martyn Snow, Brynden Storm, Alyn, Fenna, Carver, Maron, Gyrnir Pyke, they are all FREE.
Start new begining quest for some coins, and kill some looters for some gear and coins.
Shouldn't take longer then 10 minutes in game all this.
After that sell looted gear, you should have more then 500 coins by now.
Enter Arena, find the nearest town tournament, or wait until you find one which is not to far (across the sea travel costs money).
Go do tournament, and put max bet on yourself, and voila, your party members will spawn as competition and since they are weak you will win easily.
Ez money, Ez game, you get 6700 coins.
Repeat tournaments until you get crap ton of money 100k +, go to Braavos, invest in Iron Bank.
Do some more tournaments and start enterprises for the money you make after that.
There, that's it, simple and easy.

Well it's how it works :D And it doesn't spawn companions every time.

On high levels there is set of "AI heroes" with decent gear and level that participate in tournaments instead companions. (Or lords if they are presented)

As good as I am bug that copy player character found his way to this arena too - quite few times I fought myself! (sadly this npc does nto react and is only static) - overall pretty lame change that made tournaments to very easy money.
