thats how it is, and it seems fine, forces people to town hop to build a merc army, the unsullied there is a chance u will find a guy named Grazmak mo Senko, he will be found in a random tavern, i found him in duskendale, u can buy a max of 11 unsullied from him at a time, but once u leave the tavern his gone, and u will have to find him again, the best option is to pay him the 10000 to move to your court, he will still only have a max of 11 unsullied whenever u talk to him but u won't have to hunt for him, unsulled cost 800 each with a wage of 1 weekly
