freelancer units spawn with no weapons pls help
if you have your own kingdom when you manage a castle and click recruit units you get freelancer units for me they spawn without weapons and go to battle using their fists is this meant to happen or is this a glitch the problem still occurs when i upgrade them i checked and they have no weapons in their inventory and giving them weapons individually would be far to expensive pls help

With the Freelancer units you have to equip there armour and weapons by talking to them in the Party menu

i tried that, put a set on them and they still go into battle with no weps or the armour i told them to put on, so atm they are preety much useless worse then peasents

If you haven't figured it out yet, you have to put the equipment into their inventory not on their actual equipment slots. If you put several pieces of the same equipment (heavy plate armour + lamellar armour) then they randomly decide which one to wear.
