Valyrian sword quest - none of the characters are in version 6.2 whats going on?
Hi all, I have been trying to find the four people in the game world (version 6.2) in order to obtain the valyrian steel daggers but i can't find any of them. None of them appear in the list of NPCs in the game. Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way to find them? None of the factions have the specific NPCs in them! PLEASE HELP!

i had to check each faction for the characters, for some reason the list of characters in notes is incomplete but if u use the faction list of nobles it has everyone, just check the factions in essos should beable to find them.
