The bards just play music and I can't talk to them

you need to find named bards. use the cheat menu to scramble minstrels cause you are going to have a very difficult time finding them if you dont

Well ♥♥♥♥, I started near Stonehelm and I own the Dragonstone area. The lady wont marry me as im not interesting enough and I dont know where to find those bards without cheats. Ive been everywhere.
