Diplomacy ai will change the way Lords Grant fiefs, to some extent, and I think, also how they tend to declare war or sign truces. Can't verify the latter. By the first thing, I mean that Lords will tend to Grant fewer fiefs to themselves and will even sometimes give away fiefs they start the game with to vassals.

The economic changes, last time I tried them were pretty messed up. It seemed to drastically already the effectiveness of enterprises, making them almost completely useless and they would just lose money constantly. I don't know if that was a bug, or if it's been fixed.

Anyway woman prejudice level just will affect Lords willingness to Grant female characters fiefs/vassalage or privileges. Interestingly, however, when I've played as female characters, I've found it is much easier to sneak into hostile castles without being caught by the guards, even when your character renown is very high.
