when a colony gets spilt apart form each other there should be something like they could change in colour , size , diet , etc. and some times the new species may fight for dominance and there could be a exinction of a evolved species. the reason i thought of this is because sometimes a colony would seperate into different smaller colonies but this would be a cool update (you can type up what your suggestion would be about what you want to be added to the addon)
