I get textures like this on most of the light fixtures, other then that the map is awesome
I've personally only noticed it when having any kind of post processing turned on. Besides turning post processing off, the only fix I've found is downloading Edge Glow Tool and using it on a prop.

Make sure the prop pack actually installed and is enabled.
mat_specular 0 in console. Trust me, it'll look way better. HL1 textures were never meant to have reflections so I dunno why Valve decided to put them in anyway.
When start the black mesa map, the map is purple and black
