-10% more bullet spread
-50% slower reload time
-user cannot reload unless the gun has no ammo left in the clip

Level 50 Shtogun

+Mini-crits if the enemy you are shooting at is 15 feet away
+50% secondary (this shotgun) ammo
+50% more Sentry turret damage
+15% damage
+10% movement speed
+Headshots are critical hits
+Shoots 12 pellets per shot
-Can't be reloaded until 3 shots are left.
-5% less health for user.
-70% jump height
-20% longer to switch weapons
-30% primary (rocket) ammo
-Rocket does -15% damage

(I will think of more positives and negative, enjoy this for now!)

+15% faster weapon switch speed
+10% faster firing speed
+ minicrits enemies holding a melee weapon
-15% less damage against enemies holding a primary or secondary

This would help soldiers who often encounters melee using classes: axtinguisher pyros, demoknights, market gardener soldiers, etc. but it would also punish him for using it against classes who don't often rely on melee

The shotgun would be used like an HUGE clip shotgun, the damage penalty would balance it.
