VX Neural Chip - How to implant?
Ok so I have a few VX Neural Chips both 1 and 2, I have the research for it, the upgrade kits, and an SX series android however the operation option just doesn't come up, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? I can still put work implants into the androids but idk for some reason specifically the VX chips just don't want to work. Any help would be massively appreciated

Have you tried to pick them up by a colonist beforehand and then select the "target" for appliance?
