Ok so I have a few VX Neural Chips both 1 and 2, I have the research for it, the upgrade kits, and an SX series android however the operation option just doesn't come up, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? I can still put work implants into the androids but idk for some reason specifically the VX chips just don't want to work. Any help would be massively appreciated
