What am i missing? (Legions)
As the title says, wgat am I missing from recruiting legionaries
I have researched Cohort organisation, built two different barracks in Rome Province, Divided Assignments and all Main buildings are lvl 3.

nope :( I can recruit legions in all other provinces but Roma. Dunno what I am doing wrong. Though I do know that the legions is AOR but according to the guide there should be atleast one Legion from Rome (III Gallica

well i followed the guide for ♥♥♥♥ moutside of italy and it worked and then i just zipped past to the augstan legions and now i have them so just try to go to that, but i only got marian legions to work in spain
