So whenever I land navy units whether they be an actual fleet, a garrison fleet or even a seaborne army landing they always land in the "very tired". They're actually very briefly just "tired" but during the disembarkation they become "very tired".


And they won't regain any stamina from that.

Makes any naval reinforcements damn useless. Some units morale is so low that they start wavering when they become exhausted. Marines especially as for whatever reason marines have low morale.
