Cities with no garrisons
I'm playing a campaign as the Achaean League and I have several cities with no garrison like Rhodes and Parthenoplis. No matter what type of city I pick, I never have any type of garrison units. Example: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1493861724

me too but im 120 turns into my rome playthrough and they just disappeared...
