Bactria
Small detail: Bactria starts with "Harev" being the capital, while the capital city building is located in "Merv", making it impossible to improve the last. En plus, Bactria is too easy, as the nomadic tribe in the north are fairly weak, defeated Saka's with an army that lost half it's men to attrition.

Additionally, Bactria starts with a negative food surplus.

For me Bactria doesnt start at all, i cant chose the Faction when starting Campaign. Anyone else has this Problem?

you have to convert the main building in merv to a normal one, after its done, it allows you to convert capital building in harev, yes its annoying but until its fixed you have to do it that way^^

Bactria does not appear amongst the choices when I try.

did you reinstall the game(deleted also attila folder in steam and app data?)? put it in english? only ancient empires mods on?

Can't choose bactria either, re-installed games + mods and nuked the appdata folder.

Disabled 4tpy and now i can select Baktria. shoulda tried that first.
