How does the population mechanic work exactly?!
I'm playing as Macedon and everytime I want to recruit new phalanx units, it says that I don't have sufficient recruitment points. How do I get more? How do I check how many I even have right now? I don't think there was any kind of tutorial on the man power aspect of this game. So I don't know how to remedy my lack of manpower at all. Any one understand this aspect?

do you have a very low public order? at high unrest rates you can't recieve replacements or recruit new units

I never knew that could even be a factor. Thanks a lot, I'll try and sort out my public order issues to see if that allows me to recruit again.

its because season factor and public order factor. region type also affect how many recruitment point u got.
