Marian Reform Recruitment (Bug/Glitch?)
After the Marian Reforms, I'm only able to recruit Marian Legionaries if I downgrade the curia hostilia to level 1. Is this the intended mechanic? And even then, not all of the legions are recruitable in Italy, requiring the player to downgrade and reconstruct main settlement buildings in multiple provinces. Again, if this is the way it was intended to be, I'd just like some justification, or even better, maybe a link to a guide that describes this mechanic or where to recruit all the legions.

At this point in my campaign, which I'm thoroughly enjoying btw (best TW mod Ive played in years, seriously, it brought me back to historical from WH), my 7-8 legions are already named and have history and although I don't mind bringing them all back to Italy to retrain as marian legionaries, it kind of ruins the role play factor when my Legio IX Hispana or Legio XIII Gemina appears as Legio I Italica on the battlefield because that's all I can recruit from Rome.

I have noticed this too. I cannot train Marian Legionaries in Italia, nor can I upgrade to them from my existing Manipular legions.... Bug?

I have experienced no bug with the recrutment of Marian legionnaries so far. I retrained my 10 legions into different form for each one. Last level of cap building in Rome. But you need the second level of farms (the name is "auctionned off") to see the legions appear in the AoR menu. (it litterally shows "enable recruitment of : cohors (name and number) ).Plus the other conditions.
