Marian reform tech
This tech removes all legionaries and you're only able to recruit Cohors Vigilum. My poor, poor romans.

Edit.
Downgrading the Curia Hostilia to lvl 1 made the marian legionaries recruitable. However I cannot retrain any units anymore except Marines, which upgrade correctly.

I just got the Marian tech and find that I cannot train legionaries. I think the downgrading of the main settlement building is a way to go around this bug, because no way downgrading your buildings is a game mechanic...

You need the t2 building of the chain "public land" it's called "auctioned off"

Does someone know how to fix my no garrison after 2 turn when research marian reform Alost all my garrison in all my settelments :/

You have to research the next 1 or 2 military techs to get garrisons back
