You should see an EMS_Changes.txt file which explains the changes.

Note that it's not 100% perfect and Savant is not the author of the magic changes of text document but I do agree with him that EMS is on a whole significantly better than the default system.

I go all the way to 704450 but can't find that particular number of file, is there anywhere online i could look at the changes?

If you go to the NWN vault and find the hak download it should have it.
