How do you manage arms sales?
I am playing as Germany and all my weapons stocks are being depleted through arms sales, and I don't see an option to turn them off. How do you control who to sell to, and how much?

Not sure I follow; if you're talking about your national stockpile that shouldn't be depleted unless you actively choose to sell equipment through the armstrade interface. If you mean that it all gets bought quite quickly and you can't control who it goes to, that is a drawback of the current system and what I'm working on overhauling next.
