Interact with the big safe in the hub and steal a timepiece

I have no idea what the attack does

actually i found it you need to have 25 time pieces and then go in the vault although it seems to be just be a reskin of the normal bomb

I think it has a chance of stopping Mafias from attacking you allowing you to hit them easier
not sure tho as it doesn't always work
