Missing Textures/Models
I have been having issues with missing textures, and saw that some other are also having this issue.

Potential fix for now:

I figured it out; well, a work around.. i had to keep closing l4d2 and reopening it to allow the game to download the missing textures. its all part of part 3 for me. it keeps loading a little then dissapearing. if you close the game and reopen it, it continues from where it left off. it finished and now everything is perfect!!

in the first part i cant continue because of a giant error marker in the way where you have to plant a bomb it wont let me plant it

Ah, thank you, will add this to the top as a potential, if slighlty time consuming fix.

i can´t even start the game it tells me that i am missing models

to me, since the village, it has a lot of error (yes the word) floating all over the place in fixed positions. most textures dot show up. the start up loading screen doesnt show either. its all pink and black checkered (lack of texture thingy) ill try redownload to see
