What can you do with the Gnome/Link ?
The campaign always crashes my game at some point so taking it with me is almost impossible, neither have I found a place to use it. Is there a point to take it with you?

I've had the same problem with it on the third floor just after exiting the safe room. Although I have no idea what the Link figure is for, you might want to verify the integrity of your game's cache, or a complete reinstall of the game.

theres actually a hidden room in fire temple floor 1 that has the king of red lions, if you take toon chompski there (aka the link figure) it warps you to a secret room with a lot of powerful weapons and plenty of healing items.
