INTERNATIONAL deliveries of this are extremely difficult due to you cannot get through the booths. HOWEVER, there are a few places that you CAN get a tow to a repair facility in Canada that I've located.

Washington: Just south of Vancouver, BC

Montana: North of Butte, south of Calgary and South of Regina

Minnesota: South of Winnipeg, South of Thunder Bay, and near Sault-Ste-Marie.

New York: near Kingston, Ontario.

It is worth noting however, you cannot always do these in a traditional truck. due to the size of the road by some of the yards (such as Kingston, ON for example), you REALLY need a cab-over for this, or a really short truck, such as the Mack R Series (just drop an 800 hp or greater engine in it, and you'll be fine long as you got a decent transmission).
